At MySlushie, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your MySlushie account and personal information, please follow the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion using one of the following methods:

Option 1

Delete from the App

Open the MySlushie mobile app
Go to Settings
Select Delete Account
Confirm your request

Your account deletion request will be processed immediately.

Option 2

Delete via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at:

Please use the same email address or phone number linked to your MySlushie account so we can verify your identity.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

✕ User account information (name, email, phone number)
✕ Loyalty points, rewards, and tier status
✕ Scratch code entries and redemption history
✕ Location data linked to your account
✕ App usage and activity records

⚠️

After deletion, your account cannot be restored. All points, rewards, and tier progress will be permanently lost.

Data Retention

Your data will be deleted within 30 days of submitting the deletion request.
Some limited data may be retained longer only if required by law, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention obligations.
