Terms of Service

Welcome to MySlushie. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the MySlushie app or website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. The MySlushie Loyalty Program

The MySlushie loyalty program allows customers to:

Scratch hidden codes on purchased slushie cups to earn loyalty points.
Accumulate points to progress through Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers.
Redeem points for free slushies, discounts, and seasonal offers.
Automatically enter monthly prize draws upon reaching Gold tier status.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@myslushie.com.

4. Scratch Codes

Each code may be redeemed once only. Duplicate or fraudulent code submissions will result in account suspension.
Codes are valid only from participating MySlushie stores in Saudi Arabia.
MySlushie reserves the right to invalidate codes suspected of fraudulent use.

5. Points and Tiers

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
MySlushie reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds and reward values at any time with reasonable notice.
Points may expire if an account is inactive for 12 consecutive months.

6. Monthly Prize Draws

Gold-tier members are automatically entered into the monthly prize draw.
Draws are conducted fairly and transparently by the MySlushie team.
Winners are selected randomly and notified via the app or registered email.
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.

7. Merchant Use

Merchant accounts are subject to a separate partner agreement. Merchants are responsible for accurate store information, reward verification, and compliance with MySlushie guidelines. Misuse of merchant tools may result in account termination.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Submit fake, stolen, or duplicated scratch codes.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app.
Attempt to manipulate points, tiers, or prize draws.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, accrued points and tier status are forfeited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss of points or data caused by technical issues outside our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law, MySlushie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
